The purpose of this email is to let you know that Marc Wallmark did a great job at our home here in Sugar Land , Texas with the move of my wife's antique chest from Sweden to Iowa to Sugar Land, Texas. His 18-wheel truck and trailer was very professional in how it was organized. His appearance and uniform was excellent. He answered all questions quickly and really showed an interest in his job and our furniture, which means so much to my family.

Marc worked in a heavy Texas rainstorm and was eager to do his job .You have a great employee in Marc Wallmark.

We want to thank you for such wonderful service on our move. Frankie and his team were so good. I have been a military wife for 28 years and moved every 18 months. I've had some ok movers and some movers from hell. Frankie and his team were wonderful.

They were polite, respectful, full of helpful information. They handled our move with finesse, not one thing was damaged or broken. They totally changed my opinion of moving crews. I will recommend Sterling to anyone I know that wants a good experience in moving.

Jay,

As a follow up to our discussion today, I wanted to, once again, re-emphasize what a great job Marc did in delivering my armoire to me. He promptly contacted me to let me know when he would be delivering the armoire to me. When he showed up his attitude was professional and courteous. When he brought the armoire in to my house he showed extreme care for the armoire, my walls and hardwood floors. He unwrapped the armoire and did not leave any mess behind. He puts the "sterling" in Sterling Van Lines. I would certainly use him again for any of my own furniture moving needs and would also recommend him to others for their furniture moving requirements.

On November 13th I called Sterling Van Lines and spoke to a woman named Sandie. Somehow she managed to listen to me freak out about the (early) closing of my house and still arrange for pick up of furniture the next morning!

I had decided to give my dining room table and chairs and the sofa to my 86 year old mother and she was very excited. Now, I expect services such as yours to be professional, but Mark and Dan were way above and beyond normal expectations. They really helped her out by moving the old couch into the garage. They not only delivered the furniture, but arranged it perfectly, and even showed her how to open the dining room table to add the leaves if she wished. My mother especially appreciated Mark's humor and his caring and helpful personality.

In a day and age when it is widely believed that friendly customer service is a dead art, your employees have renewed my faith. I have always thought that a company is only as good as the individuals who represent them. Sterling Van Lines is very lucky indeed to have Sandie, Mark, and Dan with them.
